Who We Are
BAVM stands for its key members – Mr. Bipin Garg, Mr. Amit Awasthi, and Mr. Mayank Garg. The firm is headed by Mr. Bipin Garg, Advocate with vast experience of 40 years in the law profession and with a foundation of civil law erudite in the domains of Central Excise, Service Tax, Customs and Import-Export.
BAVM, along with its professional members and panellists having deep and extensive knowledge in law, focuses on advisory, litigation and researched legal opinions/consultation in the field of Indirect Tax – GST, Customs, Import-Export, Corporate Tax, Money Laundering and allied laws.
Additionally, BAVM also deals with matters relating to Imports – Exports, FEMA and Money laundering, Corporate Law, Environment Law, etc.
